Full-process quality control management system

Production line QC cross-verifies key parameters with independent laboratories. Each customized PDU comes with a unique QR code that can be traced back to raw material batches, production stations, and test records

Key test items in the YOSUN PDU production process

Intelligent load aging test:

Simulate 125% rated load for 4 hours of continuous operation, monitor the temperature rise curve, and meet the requirements of IEC 60320-1 Appendix C

Contact resistance test:

YOSUN uses a Kelvin four-wire micro-ohmmeter with an accuracy of ±0.1mΩ to test resistance, ensuring that the contact resistance between the PDU jack and the plug used by YOSUN is ≤1.5mΩ (the industry standard is ≤3mΩ)

Plug-in life test:

Use 20N insertion force/15N extraction force, rate 30 times/minute, to ensure that the C13/C19 interface ≥8000 times (YOSUN exceeds the industry standard by 60%)

Cable bending test:

YOSUN uses a 500g load to bend the PDU 45° to the left and right, at a rate of 20 times/minute. After 6000 times, there is no cracking of the insulation layer (UL62 standard requires ≥1500 times)

Salt spray corrosion test:

After continuous spraying of 5% NaCl solution at 35℃ for 72 hours, the metal parts of YOSUN PDU have no red rust, and the color difference of plastic parts is ΔE≤1.5

High and low temperature test:

After 50 cycles of YOSUN PDU in the ESPEC TSA-71L three-box impact box at -40℃ (30min) → 85℃ (30min), there is no structural deformation and the electrical performance fluctuation is ≤±2%
